vision of AUXFIN is to develop value networks, this leads to development of the ICT infrastructure that enables capacity building and organize financial inclusion and economical development. With the use of remittances as a financial catalyst for rural development.

The mission of AUXFIN is: ‘banking the unbanked’,this means to deliver, against very low prices, basic elementary banking functions such as savings, loans and payments.

AUXFIN does this through the offering of a robust financial-administrative system, at the rural level, for local saving- and credit cooperatives; so called ‘SACCO’s’, for MFI's and other financial institutions, for schools, for agro cooperatives and other organizations.

Is an on-line value registration and management system to support the unbanked.

Is on distance learning system.

Cornelis Heesbeen has more than 40 years work experience, 5 years in Finance in Developing countries, like Senegal, Gambia, Kenya, Rwanda, Burundi, Nigeria, Nepal, 17 of which are in the Information Technology industry with companies like i2Technologies, SAP and Airport Schiphol. 16 years in Finance with Dutch organizations like, Chamotte, Municipalities Den Bosch, Houten and Tiel.


Marinus van den Herik

Marinus van den Herik has more than 30 years work experience, 2 years in Finance in Developing countries, Kenya, Rwanda, Burundi, Nigeria, Nepal, 20 years as a registered accountant, and 8 years in developing countries in several projects, Marinus was a long time professor in Kiev.
